Collaboration with CABE

The Institute as made a big industry impact since its inception and its growth is on the increase. I had the pleaseusre of meeting with Tony and discussing the ambiguity of the Party Wall Act and the current environment of surveying practice. The need for an ethical practical guide of party wall compliance is in “in my opinion” long overdue and i’m thrilled that the IPWS has commenced.

My meeting with Tony and his management team was arrange to discuss the collaboration and member connection routes for both organisations. CABE members I believe are best placed to act in the wide realms of the Party Wall etc Act, and I was pleased to hear that Tony agreed.

A collaborative connection has been agreed and it is very likely a memorandum of understanding will be entered into over the coming weeks, and this will open doors and values for both member organisations.
